Homemade Laddus

Winters are incomplete without homemade laddus, there are so many recipes and ways of making power packed laddus.


How I made it is very simple and full of protein with zero sugar. These laddus are perfect for weight watchers and will definitely give you instant energy.

The ingredients are sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Flex seeds, almonds and Dates. Recipe is simple dry roast everything, blend everything in to powdered form, mix everything together with 2 tablespoon ghee cook it for 4 to 5 mins, roll it round and your protein packed laddus are ready.

Munch it in your breakfast in evening snack or after your gym sessions, these laddus literally tastes awesome.
