Today I made eggless Choco Walnut Banana Cup cakes, which is super soft, super chocolaty and super tasty to eat. The best part of this cup cake, it is quick to prepare.
The ingredients are 2 Banana smoothie, all purpose flour, baking soda and powder both, crushed walnuts, chocochips for topping and of course sugar (I used powdered sugar) mix it all together, fill it in moulds and bake it on 180 degree for 35 -40 mins. For little extra flavor I had added few drops of Vanilla essence.
